- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour.
- 1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats.
- 1/3 cup cornmeal.
- 1 1/2 tablespoon BP (baking powder).
- 1 1/2 tablespoon BS (baking soda).
- 1 3/4 cup buttermilk.
- 2(two) long eggs.
- 1(one) long egg white.
- 2 tablespoon BS (brown sugar).
Mix Those Ingredients To Follow The Whole Grain Pancakes Recipe :
Mix together flour, oats, cornmeal, BS (baking soda), BP (baking powder), and 3/4 tablespoon salt in large dish until it will get well combined. In another bowl, mix together eggs, buttermilk, egg white, and sugar. Stir into dry ingredients until well combined. Let stand 15 minutes.
Heating Process Of The Whole Grain Pancakes Recipe :
Take the frying pan over medium heat. For each pancake, you have to drop a scant ¼ cup batter onto hot surface and cook until bubbles form on top and underside is about 2 minutes. Flick and cook until underside is golden, 2 to 3 minutes longer.
